Terminator: Dragonfly

This project required lots of pre-planning for optimizations, modeling, retopo, and baking for real-time functionality. The challenge with this project was removing small aspects of the original design to keep polycounts reasonable without losing the spirit of the design and optimizing uv layouts since I was limited to two 2k texture sets. Optimization with the UV Layouts included stacking many mirrored UV Shells. Additionally, all texturing work was done in Substance Painter and I was responsible for rigging this craft as well. The model is split into two texture sets (one exterior texture set that is 2k and one interior texture set that is also 2k) It was a great experience working with the designs by Mike Jelinek, Alex Ichem and everyone else that worked on the Dragonfly for the film!
